Cancelations

If an order is placed by mistake, or an incorrect order is submitted, contact us and we’ll help you get it fixed right away. Typically, when orders are placed we start prepping our ingredients and grocery list right away, ,so we usually do not allow for cancelations.

If you contact us 72 hours before our orders close, we are able to cancel your order, as well as provide a refund for what you purchased. However, inside of 72 hours we’ve already begun to work on your meals, and cancelations are not possible for us at that time. However, if you are unexpectedly leaving town, or for some reason cannot pick up your food that week, we’re happy to pause your order for that week, and give you the equivelent credit for next week’s menu.

We’re here to make it work, however we can! Just contact us if you ever have a problem.

Refunds

We strive for perfection, attention to detail, and the utmost amount of care with all of our food, but if a mistake happens, we want to make it right. If your order is incorrect or improperly delivered we want to know. Contact us right away and we’ll do what we can to fix things.

Typically refunds are only issued if a product is out of stock, or a mistake is made on our end of things. If you notice something wrong with one of our meals, please contact us within five (5) business days with the issue and any details / photos you may have of the item in question. We’ll get back to you right away with a solution.
